When Max Events joined EV and Charging Expo, the event was growing but its systems, supplier oversight and client service had not kept pace. We reviewed every scope and supplier, found 10% in budget savings in the first year and introduced biweekly leadership meetings, clear documentation and a guaranteed 24-to-48-hour response standard. Today, Max leads the full operating picture for approximately 200,000 square feet, 80 exhibitors and 80 sessions across four stages—bringing together venue management, technical production, registration, staffing and exhibitor support under one accountable team. We are now entering our third year with the event.
