Max Events delivered production and project management for all technical operations of the 2026 Shopify Global Summit. Across three venues, we coordinated more than 200 crew, multiple technical suppliers, a four-day mainstage build, a temporary network installed by 15 IT specialists and the event’s full power, scheduling and technical staffing requirements. We introduced detailed production systems, clear advance communication and senior onsite leadership that allowed many suppliers to operate as one team. Even the radio program tells part of the story: 319 radios were managed over 21 onsite days and only one was lost. The client’s feedback was simple: “We could never do this without you again.” Max has been retained to return.
