Live Nation engaged Max Events to lead the local technical production for Chris Rock at Scotiabank Arena in 2022 and Ricky Gervais in 2023. Starting with each artist’s touring specifications, we built the complete local solution across audio, lighting, video, rigging, staging, backline, power and transportation. Max coordinated multiple specialist suppliers, more than 80 union crew and approximately 20 non-union technical personnel, carrying each production through advance planning, load-in, show operation, load-out and equipment reconciliation. Delivered during the live-event industry’s post-pandemic recovery, both shows required experienced leadership to turn a disrupted supplier and labour environment into one coordinated arena production.
